“If you want your children to be intelligent, read them fairy tales.
If you want them to be more intelligent, read them more fairy tales.”
– Albert Einstein

Fairy tales show us which values are really important in life. They encourage us to be confident and have faith in our own strength by addressing problems and pointing out solutions.
At the same time, fairy tales provide a common language that allows us to connect with others, no matter where we live. The symbolic imagery of fairy tales and the cross-cultural motifs are universally understandable. Through this common language, we create cultural connections and bridges.

Most of us remember the stories our parents told or read to us. These stories convey an unshakeable feeling of security and warmth. Because fairy tales are not just for children; they are soul food for young and old.

Fairy tales help us not to forget our own fairy tale and to stay in touch with our inner child.
As the SARIAS Foundation, we are delighted to present the now 36 volumes of the fairy tale book series of our “Fairy Tales of the World” project. Since 2019, we have been publishing new fairy tale picture books every year, presenting new stories from different cultures and parts of the world that are often unknown to this day.

Let’s read more fairy tales!
